The Ontario Telemedicine Network is one of the largest telemedicine networks in the world. It uses a two-way video conferencing web-cam to provide access to care for patients in every hospital and hundreds of other health care locations across the province. Half of Ontarians waited at least 12 weeks for an initial consultation with a dermatologist, using OTN, patients received a consultation within 5 days!
